1. Eligibility

- INSCAPERS reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on internal criteria.
2. Application Review & Selection
- Submission of the application does not guarantee approval or receipt of the free website.
- INSCAPERS will evaluate each submission based on:
- Business type
- Clarity of need
- Alignment with our services
- Availability of internal resources
- Selected applicants will be contacted via the provided email or phone number.
3. What’s Included in the Offer
Approved applicants will receive:
- A professionally designed one-page website
- Basic sections (e.g., About, Services, Contact Form, etc.)
- Mobile-responsive design
- Basic SEO structure
- 1 round of revision after initial delivery
4. What’s Not Included
This offer does not include:
- Multi-page websites
- E-commerce features or payment gateways
- Premium plugins or paid third-party services
- Ongoing website maintenance or updates
- Custom functionalities outside the scope of a one-page design
5. Content Requirements
- Selected businesses must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) within 5 business days after confirmation.
- Delays in content submission may delay project delivery or result in cancellation of the offer.
6. Timeline
- INSCAPERS will aim to deliver the website within 7 to 14 business days after receiving all content and final approval.
- Timelines may vary based on volume of accepted applications and client responsiveness.
7. Ownership & Hosting
- The final website will be handed over to the business after completion.
- INSCAPERS will host the site for up to 30 days for free, if hosting is needed.
- Continued hosting beyond 30 days will be available at standard hosting rates or the client may choose their own hosting provider.
8. Promotion & Portfolio Use
- By accepting this Offer, you grant INSCAPERS the right to:
- Display your website in our portfolio
- Use your business name/logo in promotional materials related to this Offer
9. Reapplication & Restrictions
- If you have already received a free one-page website from INSCAPERS, you are not eligible to apply again under the same business name or registration.
- Businesses found to submit misleading or false information will be disqualified.
10. Termination of Offer
- INSCAPERS reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
- The Offer is limited and may close once the maximum number of applications is reached.
11. Limitation of Liability
INSCAPERS will not be held liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the website
- Delays due to client inaction or technical issues beyond our control
