Job Description:

As a CSR, you will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in generating business opportunities through proactive cold-calling initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively engage in outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product/service information and promote value propositions to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product/service offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment or customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
