Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Manager to lead the evolution of INSCAPERS’ brand identity as we scale operations into the U.S. market. Based in our San Francisco office, the Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and protecting the company’s brand presence across all channels. You will lead the charge in crafting compelling brand narratives, executing brand strategies, and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and design functions. This role demands a strong understanding of the U.S. market and an ability to position the INSCAPERS brand competitively and creatively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that position INSCAPERS as a premium digital marketing agency in the U.S. and global markets.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints, including website, social media, presentations, and client materials.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines that govern voice, tone, visuals, and messaging across all departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, leadership) to ensure all content and campaigns align with the overall brand identity.
  • Monitor brand perception and reputation across digital platforms and implement proactive strategies to enhance brand value.
  • Lead market research initiatives to understand audience preferences, competitor positioning, and industry trends.
  • Manage branding elements for product/service launches, advertising campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives using KPIs and analytics tools; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee agency or freelance partnerships involved in brand development, graphic design, or campaign execution.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring brand values are understood and adopted company-wide.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the digital marketing, tech, or creative industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building or evolving a brand strategy in a highly competitive market—preferably U.S.-based.
  • Deep understanding of branding principles, positioning strategies, and multi-platform storytelling.
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
  • High-level proficiency in using brand analytics tools, customer segmentation, and digital campaign performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and inspire adoption.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies, contractors, or brand consultants.
  • Strong portfolio or documented case studies showing the impact of past branding work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field; Master’s degree or Brand Strategy certification is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and lead with a strategic mindset in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
