Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to join our San Francisco office. As a key player in our U.S. expansion, you will be the strategic point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success. This role requires exceptional relationship management skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to drive meaningful business outcomes for both the client and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring a high level of communication, service, and satisfaction.
- Understand client goals, KPIs, and expectations—and ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver measurable results.
- Conduct regular client meetings, strategic reviews, and reporting sessions to present progress, insights, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, marketing, and development) to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and goals.
- Manage escalations and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism, maintaining strong client trust and confidence.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with client agreements and expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and experience.
- Champion the voice of the client internally, helping inform product/service evolution based on feedback and market trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship management—preferably in a digital marketing, SaaS, or advertising agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise or high-value B2B accounts in the U.S. market with outstanding retention and satisfaction results.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, web analytics) and how they contribute to client ROI.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities with precision.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to synthesize performance metrics into actionable insights.
- Skilled in using CRM and project management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus.
- Empathetic, service-driven, and passionate about helping clients grow their business through partnership and innovation.
