Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in our new San Francisco office. As a Sales Manager at INSCAPERS, you will be responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Your goal will be to identify new business opportunities, optimize the sales pipeline, and meet or exceed aggressive revenue targets while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in INSCAPERS’ expansion into the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team of sales representatives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve ambitious sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads, develop sales collateral, and execute data-driven campaigns.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts with high-value clients.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and remain competitive in the market.
  • Manage and meticulously track the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales processes, company policies, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with account management to ensure a seamless transition of clients from sales to service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales management within the digital marketing industry, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams, with prior experience managing teams of 5+ sales representatives.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, lead generation, and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong experience in negotiating and closing high-value contracts with major clients, with a focus on digital marketing solutions and services.
  • Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong experience with sales analytics, using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at senior levels of client organizations.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, highly competitive market and drive results in an evolving business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business practices, culture, and market trends, with the ability to navigate a complex sales landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment where aggressive KPIs and quotas are met regularly.
