Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer at INSCAPERS Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our clients’ specifications. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our clients’ branding and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using various web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress).
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the website development process and post-launch.
- Conduct website performance tests and optimize website speed and performance.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks like PHP, Python, or Node.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress, and e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your web development projects and achievements.
