Job Summary:
As a Graphics Designer at INSCAPERS Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials that resonate with our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website visuals, email newsletters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various digital platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve the desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
