Job Summary:

As a Graphics Designer at INSCAPERS Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials that resonate with our diverse client base. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate client needs into compelling designs will be essential in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website visuals, email newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve the desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
  • Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
