Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage in outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product/service information and promote value propositions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product/service offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Proven track record of success in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
